If something fails, do not panic. Most issues are solved in two or three quick checks.
The other adult did not get the invite
- Double-check the email spelling in your family settings.
- Ask them to check spam or junk folders.
- Resend the invite if the previous link expired.
Calendar import is failing
- Make sure the calendar link is a real direct calendar URL.
- Open the link in your browser to confirm it loads.
- Retry refresh. If needed, add manual events so planning can continue.
I cannot generate a plan
- Confirm onboarding is complete (timezone, home address, and at least one adult/parent profile).
- Make sure you have at least one schedule source (team feed or manual events).
- Refresh stale data and try plan generation again.
