Use these simple fix paths when setup or planning does not work as expected.

If something fails, do not panic. Most issues are solved in two or three quick checks.

The other adult did not get the invite

  1. Double-check the email spelling in your family settings.
  2. Ask them to check spam or junk folders.
  3. Resend the invite if the previous link expired.

Calendar import is failing

  1. Make sure the calendar link is a real direct calendar URL.
  2. Open the link in your browser to confirm it loads.
  3. Retry refresh. If needed, add manual events so planning can continue.

I cannot generate a plan

  1. Confirm onboarding is complete (timezone, home address, and at least one adult/parent profile).
  2. Make sure you have at least one schedule source (team feed or manual events).
  3. Refresh stale data and try plan generation again.
